To make a booking once your date is checked for availability, Steve will need the following details so he make a booking form for you.
Both your names
Your home address
Your mobile number/landline
Start time and how many hours agreed upon
The venues details
Then Steve will put your booking form together for you and email it over to you as a pdf file.
